Experience:
Rebecca is a qualified Associate Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department. Rebecca has experience dealing with a wide range of matters including drafting simple and complex Wills, Estate Administration including Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Property and Financial Affairs and Personal Welfare deputyship applications. Rebecca also advises with regard to long term care costs, Inheritance Tax and potential claims that may be brought against an Estate. Rebecca also has previous experience dealing with residential conveyancing matters.

Career:
Rebecca joined Lawson-West Solicitors in January 2023. Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in October 2020, having completed her LPC at De Montfort University alongside her Training Contract. Rebecca achieved the award for the Best Overall Performance on the Legal Practice Course (Part Time) having achieved the highest marks overall.

Rebecca prides herself on providing a supportive and efficient service to clients and has a particular interest in dealing with Estate Administration matters.
