Namisha is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property Department, where she advises on a wide range of commercial property transactions. She qualified as a solicitor in June 2020 and joined Lawson West in September 2024.
Before specialising in Commercial Property, Namisha gained valuable experience in Residential Property. She now acts for a diverse client base, including investors, business owners, borrowers, pension schemes and pension trustees.
Namisha advises on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, the negotiation and grant of commercial leases, and general landlord and tenant matters. She also has experience in secured lending and bridging loan transactions. In addition, Namisha handles transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of property held within SIPP and SSAS pension schemes.
