Experience:
Having trained at The Urdang Academy, London, Kate has years of experience within the performing arts industry. Within this sector she was able to develop her interpersonal skills and ability to network. Whilst living in London, Kate worked as the Studio Manager and Head Receptionist at a high-end fitness studio where she trained new members of staff, coordinated deliveries, organised staff rotas, and was the leading member of staff to make the most membership sales for twelve consecutive months. Kate maintained studio standards and ensured clients received a high level of service at all times.
Career:
Having moved back to her hometown, Kate worked on reception at the Market Harborough office where she would greet and assist Lawson-West clients. She then transitioned into her current role as the Marketing and Data Administration Assistant in the marketing department where she assists Business Development Manager, Justine Hatcher. Kate says, “being able to work with someone as experienced as Justine means I am constantly learning new skills and developing my interest in marketing - I enjoy keeping our social media platforms active and I especially enjoy helping to organise events.”
Interests/Hobbies:
Outside of Lawson-West Kate sings at weddings all around the country and teaches children singing, dancing & acting. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and two little dogs!
