Career:
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. She completed her training at a leading national law firm before going on to gain valuable experience at several regional firms.

Emma is a full accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a national organisation of legal professionals who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.

Emma is also a Dementia Friend which is an Alzheimer’s Society’s programme dedicated to change people’s perception of dementia.

Emma joined the Probate, Wills and Trusts team at Lawson-West in 2023.

Experience:
Emma has experience in drafting Wills of varying complexities, dealing with Probate and Estate Administration matters and preparing and registering Powers of Attorney.

Emma prides herself on being compassionate whilst still providing clear and pragmatic advice.

Interests:
Outside of work Emma loves musical theatre but currently has her hands full running around after two small children!
