Dylan acts on behalf of companies, individuals, landlords, tenants and other entities on a range of different commercial property matters, including:
Acquisition and disposal of commercial property
Applications for adverse possession/prescriptive easements over both registered and unregistered land
Development work, including conditional contracts, overage agreements, option agreements and pre-emption agreements
Outside of the office Dylan is a keen footballer, and supports Tottenham Hotspur. He also enjoys playing golf during the warmer months, and has a huge interest in cars.
