We are seeking a Head of Employment (Solicitor/FCilex) ideally 8 years + PQE, to manage the Employment Department include managing and supervising the members of the team, assisting in the development of and then implementing strategies and plans, ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct and any accreditations as appropriate and continued and profitable growth consistent with the objectives and Core Values of the Firm.

Alongside your technical expertise and experience, excellent communication skills and a team player attitude are essential in order that we can maintain the great relationships we have built up with our clients both internally and externally, as well as the ability to effectively manage client expectations and provide an exceptional level of client care.
