As a client of Lawson-West, if you are not happy with anything we do, the way we do it - or if something goes wrong because of our mistake, we will do everything we can to put things right - at no cost to you.
 

Client Charter

To give you a quality service, we have set ourselves the following standards.

We will:
  • Reply to your letters within 2 working days
  • Do our best to return your phone calls within the same working day
  • See you promptly for appointments - if for any reason we keep you waiting for an arranged appointment for more then 10 minutes after the allotted time we will pay you 10 pounds.
  • Update you as to progress every month, unless we have advised sooner
  • Represent your interests with determination and enthusiasm
  • Keep your business strictly confidential
  • Carefully consider all your comments about our service
  • Only use plain English and take time to explain legal issues
  • Be happy to offer out of hours appointments.
