Career
Rob Flannagan is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Commercial and Business Services department. He joined Lawson West in November 2023 after having worked for another commercial law firm in Leicester for over 9 years.
Rob specialises in corporate acquisitions/disposals, corporate restructuring and converting businesses to employee ownership.
Experience
Rob has been involved in all aspects of corporate transactions, including:

selling to employee ownership trusts,

incorporating law firm partnerships as limited companies,

a wide range of solvent restructures and multi-step re-organisations,

remedying defective share buybacks,

convertible loan agreements, and

selling several pubs.
He graduated from the University of Liverpool with a class 2:1 Law Degree, attained a distinction on the LPC at the University of Law in Chester and qualified as a Solicitor in November 2016.
