Career:
Dylan completed his Law Degree at the University of Liverpool in 2019, followed by his LPC in 2020. He then qualified as a Solicitor in July 2022, after completing his training contract at a legal firm in Peterborough. He has always had a particular interest in commercial law, and therefore spent the majority of his training contract within the commercial property department at his training firm.

Experience:
Dylan acts on behalf of companies, individuals, landlords, tenants and other entities on a range of different commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial Leases

• Acquisition and disposal of commercial property

• Legal Charges

• Applications for adverse possession/prescriptive easements over both registered and unregistered land

• Development work, including conditional contracts, overage agreements, option agreements and pre-emption agreements

Interest/Hobbies:
Outside of the office Dylan is a keen footballer, and supports Tottenham Hotspur. He also enjoys playing golf during the warmer months, and has a huge interest in cars.
