Please complete the form below outlining details of the bullying or harassment you have suffered and whether you have raised a grievance.  Although there is no specific protection from bullying, employers should provide reasonable support to employees so that they can carry out their duties.  It may be more appropriate to bring an employment tribunal claim under one of the grounds of discrimination or bring a constructive dismissal claim, so the more specific you can be about the reasons underlining the bullying, the more we can help.
