Charlotte has been working in Residential Conveyancing since 2007. In a previous role, Charlotte gained valuable experience working within the legal department of the Local Authority and within Social Housing.
Career:
Charlotte deals with a variety of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and help to buy equity loans.
Charlotte particularly enjoys resolving issues relating to properties with unregistered titles. Despite there being a lot of extra work involved, she finds them interesting as some of the documentation dates back hundreds of years.
She comments, "When a transaction completes, there is no better feeling than when your client calls you to thank you for helping them to move into their dream home. Building a strong rapport with my clients is really important to me and because of this I have many returning clients."
