Sue is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the legal sector, having worked as both a paralegal and a qualified lawyer in private practice and the public sector. She became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2013.
In 2023, Sue made a considered career transition to part-time customer service, enabling her to support her family while continuing to work in people-focused roles. She spent a year as a showroom host and receptionist at Marshall Nissan, followed by 18 months as a sales and customer service assistant at a local convenience store and deli in South Knighton.
Sue is known for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and approachable manner. She enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Sue leads an active lifestyle, enjoying long walks with her two dogs, Murphy and Molly, as well as spending time with her family and keeping fit. In 2022, she gained a qualification in dog grooming, allowing her to care for her own dogs and volunteer her time grooming rescue dogs.
