Sarah qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and for her first 8 years post qualification worked in all areas of family law but specialised in Care Proceedings and Private Children Act cases. Representing clients in a wide range of applications, including child arrangement orders, specific issue orders, prohibited steps orders and also disclosure of children’s whereabouts and declarations of parentage. Since 2014 Sarah has specialised in Divorce and Financial Remedy cases including locating respondents, applications for deemed service or to dispense with service. Sarah continues to provide advice in all areas of Private Law Children matters and has a wide range of experience in the following areas:
Divorce and financial remedy
Child Arrangement Order (contact and live with orders), Parental Responsibility, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue Orders
Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial agreements
Living Together and Separation Agreements
Special Guardianship and Private Adoption
Sarah has been qualified as a solicitor since 2006. She has been practicing in Family Law since qualification and is a member of resolution.
