Nelaksha Ratnasingham is a paralegal in the Employment Department and is currently working towards a Master’s degree in Law. She has also successfully passed the SQE 1 exam and holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours. Before joining the firm, Nelaksha gained valuable experience as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal.
What drew her to her current role was the firm’s strong reputation in employment law and its commitment to providing the highest quality service. Since joining, she has enjoyed being part of a supportive and knowledgeable team. She appreciates the opportunity to develop her skills in an area of law that directly impacts people’s working lives.
Nelaksha is particularly interested in employment law because of its dynamic and people-focused nature. She appreciates helping clients navigate workplace disputes, understand their rights, and achieve fair outcomes. Looking ahead, she hopes to qualify as a solicitor and continue building her expertise in the field with the firm.
Outside of work, Nelaksha enjoys reading, running, and travelling. She enjoys staying active and exploring new places.
