Marta qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020 and is a valued member of our Probate, Wills & Trusts team based in our Leicester office. She has been advising clients since 2016 on a wide range of Private Client matters, including Wills of all complexities (such as Trust Wills), Inheritance Tax planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Over the past 7 years, Marta has developed extensive experience in Probate and Estate Administration, guiding families through every stage of the process with care and clarity. She also regularly advises on the winding‑up of Trusts and all tax considerations that may arise during estate administration, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax.
Marta is known for her friendly, approachable manner and believes that taking the time to truly understand her clients allows her to provide the most tailored and effective advice. She particularly enjoys supporting families through Estate Administration, explaining that: “At a time that is already difficult and emotional for families, being able to ease the burden and guide them through the process is incredibly rewarding.”
Marta is a Dementia Friend which is an Alzheimer’s Society’s programme designed to change people’s perceptions of dementia. Dementia is an issue which is very close to her heart, and she understands the importance of helping individuals put their affairs in order while they are still able to make informed decisions for themselves.

Outside of work, Marta enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her husband and little boy. She also loves travelling and baking, often combining both passions by exploring new cuisines and flavours.
