Kirsty acts on an extensive range of commercial property matters, including commercial sales and acquisitions, pension scheme transactions, commercial lending & refinancing, bridging, and landlord and tenant transactions with particular specialism in commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants. Kirsty is extremely client focused, and prides herself on establishing strong relationships with her clients, building trust with a strong emphasis on communication. She considers herself to be diligent, thorough with a down-to-earth approach. Her aim is to ensure that the legal process is made as straightforward as possible for her clients, tailoring it to their individual needs and protecting their interests.
Kirsty completed her Law degree (LL.B Hons) at Nottingham Trent University in 2010, with a 2:1 classification. She went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with a Commendation at Nottingham Law School in 2013. Kirsty’s career focus has always been commercial law having gained experience in regional commercial firms as a paralegal before qualifying as a solicitor in 2021. Kirsty joined Lawson West as associate solicitor in June 2025.
Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys spending quality time with her partner and three children. She also enjoys a bit of yoga, a good book and motorsports.
