Karinna is confident in advising clients from the onset of their claim through to the final stages, having gained extensive experience whilst working for local solicitors in Employment Law. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of employment matters and has a keen interest and knowledge in sexual harassment and discrimination claims. Upon completion of her CILEX Course Level 6, Karinna intends to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2022, specialising in Employment Law.

Karinna joined Lawson West in 2022 and supports senior fee earners with their caseload. In addition, she advises on contentious and non-contentious employment matters including supporting the progression of claims through the Employment Tribunal.
