João began his career in Commercial and Residential Property in 2022 and accumulated over a year of experience in the area. He has been working in Employment Law since joining Lawson West Solicitors in 2023 and has gained a significant amount of experience in various different types of Employment Tribunal claims.
João has experience in acting for both individuals and businesses, be it to litigate cases in the Employment Tribunal, provide advice or assisting employers with Employment Contracts and business-related policies.
João qualified as a Solicitor in 2025, and has since taken on a variety of cases with successful outcomes. He provides client-centred support and advice and takes a deep interest in understanding his client’s ideal outcomes.
Outside of work, Joao is an avid fan of football. When not watching or playing, Joao enjoys spending time woodworking at home.
