Fiona is the Head of the Family, Children and Finance Department. Fiona qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has practiced Family Law since then. Her approach to all clients is to get to know them and understand exactly what the client wants and how that can be achieved. Fiona gives client’s the time and space which they need to provide instructions and will give all options. Narrowing the clients’ issues, does give a clear path forward. Fiona’s clients are, quite rightly first and foremost in everything which she does.
As an Accredited Member of Resolution, Fiona will always try and negotiate and resolve matters away from the court, but, if court proceedings become inevitable, Fiona is equally content within the court arena.
The work which Fiona does covers a broad-spectrum including Divorce, Separation, Finances upon Divorce/ Separation,(matters including Pensions, Trusts, Inheritances, Shareholdings), Children matters, including where a child should live, what time they should spend with the other parent, removal from the UK, internal relocation, schooling, medical consent etc, Change of Name deeds.

Fiona has a very dry sense of humour! Fiona enjoys gardening and reading and does Wordle every morning.
