Emma qualified as a family solicitor in 2005 and specialises in Divorce, finance and children.

Given the nature of family law, Emma has dealt with a true mixture of cases over the years. When someone approaches her for support, they are often at their most vulnerable and being able to find a solution to their problems and helping them to move forward with their life is what matters to her the most.

She comments “When I approach cases involving children, I believe the needs of the children must always come first and where possible it is important that the children maintain a healthy relationship with both parents.”

Emma is a member of Resolution and is a trained mediator and a Resolution accredited specialist in Domestic Abuse and Complex Financial & Property matters. She is also a member of the law society family law panel and a registered collaborative lawyer.
