With a strong background in customer service, Emma brings excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach to her role as a Legal Assistant. She is passionate about ensuring a smooth client journey by striving to go above and beyond, making processes efficient and clear. Her experience has equipped her with the ability to manage tasks under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
Emma is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law.
Recently, she also gained her first aid qualification with St. John’s Ambulance Service, further demonstrating her commitment to responsibility and care for others.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys art and design (both traditional and digital), playing board games, and spending time with family and friends – especially her son. She also shares her home with several pets, including a Horsefield Tortoise, a Leopard Gecko, and a Green Cheek Conure.
