Emma qualified as a Solicitor in September 2014. She completed her training at a leading national law firm before going on to gain valuable experience at several regional firms.
Emma is an accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a national organisation of legal professionals who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. She is also a Dementia Friend which is an Alzheimer’s Society’s programme dedicated to change people’s perception of dementia.
Emma joined the Probate, Wills and Trusts Department at Lawson West as a Senior Associate Solicitor in September 2023.
She has experience in preparing and advising on Wills of varying complexities, dealing with Probate and Estate Administration matters, preparing and registering Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.
Emma prides herself on being compassionate whilst still providing clear and pragmatic advice.
Outside of work, Emma is a big musical theatre fan and enjoys going to watch live productions.
