Having graduated with a Law degree, Emily has been a Conveyancer for the last 8 years. She enjoys the investigative approach the role requires of her and the more complex the task is, the better.
Emily has a great understanding of the processes of buying and selling both freehold and leasehold property. Seeing a transaction through from start to finish is particularly satisfying for her and nothing is ever too much hassle. Investigating Title is her favourite part of the procedure and she isn’t phased by any unexpected challenges that arise throughout the process.
Emily has experience across a full range of conveyancing; post completion, requisitions, sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, leasehold, shared ownership, lease extensions including notices served, drafting new leases, drafting TP1, land sales and purchases, right to buys, equity releases. She held approximately 5,000 cases in her career to date.
Having the ability to resolve problems and put the client’s mind at rest is crucial to her role. Buying and selling property can be daunting for many people and Emily’s goal is to navigate through each transaction using her confidence and expertise to make the experience as smooth and trouble-free as possible.
