Craig qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has specialised in Family Law since qualification.
Craig’s approach is that he sees each client as an individual and he takes time to understand what they want so that he can give clear and constructive advice on how to achieve this.
Craig has a wide range of experience in family cases including:
Divorce and Civil Partnership dissolution
Financial Remedy proceedings, including complex and high net value financial arrangements
Family Business disputes, including farming and agricultural businesses
Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
Cohabitation Agreements
Separation Agreements
Trust of Land Act Applications for cohabitees
Arrangements for children, including Parenting Plans, court applications for parents to decide where a child should live and what time they should spend with another parent, court applications for grandparents and applications for permission to take children abroad.
About Craig
Craig is an accredited member of Resolution and will always try and resolve matters amicably, constructively and without court proceedings if possible.
Outside interests
Away from work Craig spends time with his partner and their two children. He is a keen fan of the local rugby team and enjoys going to the cinema and theatre.
He can also be found trying to recreate his favourite meals from his travels.
