Catherine has a First Class Honours in Law LLB degree, and also completed a masters degree – Legal Practice Course LLM. She completed a training contract qualifying as a Solicitor in 2020. Catherine has undertaken a range of conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, right to buy and shared ownership. Her clients range from first time buyers to those looking to build up a portfolio of properties. She is also able to advise on registration issues, unregistered land, auction purchases as well as transfers of equity.
I love the outdoors and can often be found kayaking up rivers, camping around the Lake District and hiking mountains. If it is outdoors, I’m there!
