Amy is an Associate Paralegal in the Commercial Property & Real Estate department at the firm’s Leicester office. Since completing a degree in Archaeology at the University of Leicester, she has built up around 15 years’ experience in property law, beginning her legal career at a conveyancing firm before joining a local law firm within the Commercial Property department. Amy now assists colleagues on a wide range of commercial property matters and is particularly experienced in dealing with complex Land Registry applications and requisitions.
Amy has experience supporting colleagues with various commercial property transactions, including: acquisitions and disposals exceeding £1M, assisting with a time‑critical commercial lease to a national retailer and working on fast‑paced secured lending and refinancing matters.
Outside of work, Amy is an avid motorsport fan with a particular passion for Formula 1. She rarely misses a race and is a regular attendee at the British Grand Prix. When she is not watching F1, Amy enjoys spending her time gardening or going on long walks.
