Amrit Kaur is a Paralegal in the Employment department, passing her Master of Laws with a Distinction, whilst also holding a Bachelor of Law with Honours. Before joining the firm, Amrit gained invaluable experience as a paralegal having come across varying sectors of law from clinical negligence to wills & probate matters.
What attracted her to her current role was the firm’s high levels of success within the employment department and the room for professional development being supported as part of her long-term plan to qualify as a solicitor. Since joining, she has thoroughly enjoyed being part of such a welcoming team and appreciates the opportunity to develop her skills within an impactful area of law.
Amrit is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing a wide range of employment matters from disability discrimination to unfair dismissal claims, striving to ensure fairness and justice are upheld. She is equally dedicated to giving back to both society and the legal profession through her active role on the Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division Committee.
Outside of work, Amrit enjoys watching anything horror or crime related, staying active and is looking forward to travelling more!
