We are delighted to announce this month sees the promotion of Karl Dugan from Head of Finance to Finance Director. Karl is responsible for financial operations and the firm’s financial strategy and is a member of Lawson West’s Senior Leadership Team.
Karl said of his career journey:
“I fell into finance by accident, originally planning on a career as a Barrister until a personal life event set me on a very different path. Unsure of my options at the time, a friend recommended the AAT, which I started in 2013 and took my first position in finance in 2014.”
“10 years later, I can honestly say I have never looked back; I am really excited about what the future holds for my career, especially with Lawson West Solicitors. It’s an exciting time to be a part of the Senior Leadership Team, as they continue to deliver on their ambitious 5-year growth plan and I can’t wait to get stuck-in, helping drive those plans forward.”

Board Changes at Lawson West
As Karl Dugan takes on more strategic responsibilities within his new role, we also say farewell to the firm’s Non-Executive Director, John Stables, who this month retires from Lawson West’s Executive Board.
