We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking NQ - 5 years PQE Commercial Property Lawyer to join the ambitious Commercial Property team at our modern and friendly Head Office at Meridian Business Park. This is a full time role though there may be scope to reduce the hours to approx. 25 per week should this be mutually agreeable and serve the needs of the department and our clients.
Day to day you will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial property transactions providing high quality, timely and professional fee earning. You should be comfortable handling all types of non-residential conveyancing including commercial landlord and tenant, residential and business development sites, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and work relating to easements and covenants.
Excellent communication skills are essential in order that we can maintain the great relationships we have built up with our clients and external referral partners.
