You must be able to show that you have been discriminated against on the basis of your sex, this could be because you have been offered a job on the basis of sex alone, offered employment on detrimental terms (such as lower pay) on the basis of sex, refused an employment offer on the basis of sex, denied access to opportunities for promotion, training or other benefits on the basis of sex, subjected to a detriment (eg denied bonus payments or other benefits) on the basis of sex, dismissed on the basis of sex.
