Members of our Family team are usually available, during office hours, to have a free short telephone discussion with you. This ensures that you are in contact with the right department, to establish what your needs are and to arrange a convenient appointment.
We can then offer you an appointment, either in the office or virtually. The fee for this is £285.00 including VAT and disbursements (currently 20%). *We also charge an Anti-Money Laundering Search fee of £15.00 plus VAT.
We are able to offer a fixed fee divorce of £750 inc VAT (currently 20%) plus disbursements. Usually, the only disbursement which is to be paid is the court fee of £612.00 (zero VAT).
We undertake all other aspects of our work on an hourly rate plus VAT, rather than a fixed fee. This ensures that you will only pay for the time we spend on your matter.
As members of Resolution, we will always act in a non-confrontational manner, which does make resolving matters cost effective for all clients.
