On Thursday 23rd April, Lawson West Solicitors celebrated our 48th year in business with staff attending our annual strategic focus meeting held at Leicester’s King Power Stadium.
With presentations from Managing Director, Vicky Jones, and fellow Directors Ashley Hunt, Rebecca Beswick, Phoebe Skarlatos and Finance Director Karl Dugan, the all-staff away meeting outlined and celebrated the firm’s successes and future business plans, focusing on important strategies such as ‘delivering legal difference’ in service standards and client experience.
One of the teamwork sessions from the day was about the impact of AI on legal services and how each of us can use and connect with AI in ways that will benefit clients and the firm.
Managing Director Vicky Jones, said of the meeting:
