Prior to becoming Senior Partner at the beginning of 2006, Janet was Lawson-West Solicitors' Head of Family Law Department for about fifteen years. Janet continues to specialise in family work, particularly matters relating to children as a result of divorce or separation and also the resolution of the finanical relationship between separating couples.

James is the Head of Lawson-West Solicitors' Family team. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and in New Zealand, where he gained a Bachelor of Laws Degree. James has dealt with family breakdown since 1985 and has specialised in the area since 1990. He is a member of Resolution, formerly known as the Solicitors Family Law Association. He has been with Lawson-West since 1998.

Alistair has been working in private practice since 1994. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, specialising in all areas of family law, in particular divorces, separation, financial arrangements and children issues.

Dianne has recently joined the Family department at Market Harborough. Dianne has nine years of legal experience and has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 2003. She is married with three sons who take up much of her spare time.
