AC Wigston Win Division 1 Championship in the Under 17 Football Team League

AC Wigston Under 17 Football Team, sponsored by Lawson-West Solicitors, have won the Division One Championship trophy, despite losing their final match, played in tough weather conditions, at Ibstock United.

Tony Wade of AC Wigston comments, “We are extremely lucky to have such a well-known company as our sponsor. Lawson-West have taken such an interest in our fortunes. We are very aware that, but for their support, we may not have been able to continue to play football at such a competitive and well-organised level as we do now.”

James Haworth, Family Partner based at one of Lawson-West’s Wigston branches, comments “Congratulations to AC Wigston! With three offices in Wigston, we have a strong commitment to the local community and are very pleased to be supporting AC Wigston again next season.
