Leading Leicester law firm Lawson-West, who have five offices around Leicestershire, have launched online case tracking to help ease the stress
clients experience when buying and selling property.
Every client now has the opportunity to track the progress of their case online,
whenever and wherever they like, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
They are simply given an access code and password which they can use to log in to a secured area of the Lawson-West website.
Details of every stage completed are then displayed for them to see. It works in real time, so the moment a case handler completes a task – the client can see the progress.
This saves the client time by them avoiding rushing in their lunch hour
in order to ring their case handler for an update, leaving them to concentrate
on other moving matters.
David Heys, Head of conveyancing at Lawson-West commented:

Clients can see the current position on their sale or purchase 24/7 from any internet access point, whether they are at home, at work or on holiday. Also, because the system is updated as we do the work, clients can see what we are doing for them and whether thre are any delays.”
