Carrie-Ann has been with Lawson-West since 1998, and specialises in Employment matters including Employment tribunal work. She has been working in the legal sector for six years, and is in the final stages of training to become a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Carrie-Anns work focuses on representing Claimants and Employers who have problems at work such as:
sex discrimination,
race discrimination,
disability discrimination,
age discrimination,
unfair dismissal,
constructive dismissal,
redundancy,
breaches of TUPE regulations.
