Vaishali has been carrying out employment law since 2002. Initially Vaishali was employed as an Employment Law Consultant, she then moved into private practice where she qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Vaishali works for both employers and employees, on a broad spectrum of employment related issues, and has taken numerous claims to the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeals Tribunal.
