Ashley joined Lawson-West in 1998, qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 and became a Partner within the business. Ashley specialises in Employment matters including Employment tribunal work and heads up Lawson-West's Employment Law department.
Ashley represents both Claimants and Employers in matters such as

• age discrimination,
