Prior to becoming Senior Partner at the beginning of 2006, Janet was Lawson-West Solicitors' Head of Family Law Department for about fifteen years. Janet continues to specialise in family work, particularly matters relating to children as a result of divorce or separation and also the resolution of the financial relationship between separating couples.
Janet comments, "There are numerous misconceptions in this kind of situation. A person in an intolerable situation will be worried about whether or not they can actually change things.
