Please let us have as much information as possible about your holiday illness or accident and why you think the travel company are at fault. It will support your accident compensation claim if you have reported the accident or illness to staff or your travel representative so that it is recorded in the Accident Book.
If you can, take photos of the circumstances of the accident - mobile phone cameras are fine for this - and names and phone numbers of anyone who witnessed the accident. Please also keep any receipts for expenses, such as medical expenses, prescriptions, travel arrangements, etc, that you have incurred as a result of your accident that you would not have paid if you had not had an accident.
