- treatment for you injuries is put in place and
- we can even provide you with a courtesy car if your car has been damaged
Introducing our New Courtesy Car Scheme
Many of you told us what an inconvenience it was when you had been involved in a car accident and had been provided with no, or not very good, transport while you waited for your car to be repaired. It's bad enough having been involved in a car accident without having injuries such as whiplash, shoulder or back injuries made worse by having to lift young children in and out of a two door car when they used to be able to climb in and out of a four door car by themselves. Trying to get used to a different make or significantly different sized car when you're nervous about having to drive again, particularly if the accident happened on your usual route to work or regular route to shops or school, can slow recovery.
We listened and decided to help by teaming up with Easi-Drive Car Hire. Now, if you have been involved in a car accident, we can organise with Easi-Drive to:-
- Provide you with a car the same day
- The car will be similar to your own
- It will be dropped off and picked up from your home
- If you have been given a courtesy car by your insurers that's too small for your needs, you can swap it for a car from Easi-Drive
- You can also be provided with a car even if you haven't got a hire car on your insurance
And the best news: the car won't cost you a penny - it can be paid for by the insurers.
What do You do if You have had an Accident?
- Always obtain the other driver's: car registration number, name, address and insurance details.

- Take photos of the damaged vehicles - camera phones are great for this!
- Make a sketch of the road layout and show the path of the vehicles before and after the collision
- Never admit liability. Even if you think you are at fault, always speak to us first.
